Background
iKahan Media is a Los Angeles out-of-home advertising company. Billboards, bus wraps, and premium placements across the city. The inventory is the product, and the inventory never sits still. Boards open and book on a rolling basis, offerings shift week to week, and the brand needed a site that could keep pace with all of it.
The Challenge
The previous setup made keeping pace hard, and the pieces around it were not pulling their weight:
- Every update was a project. Each time an opening changed or a new offering went live, updating the site meant wrestling a template and waiting on a workflow.
- The branding was due for a refresh. The visual presentation did not match the premium nature of the placements iKahan sells.
- A deep rolodex sat underused. The email list, built over years, was not being put to work the way it could be.
The Strategy
Noble Growth installed Mission Control for iKahan. The idea is simple. Move the entire foundation into code the company owns, then make it fast to operate. The site, the brand, and the email engine all run from one place and improve together.
A fully custom site on the edge
Built on Astro and deployed to Cloudflare Pages, loading fast from the edge. The site is set up so a shifting inventory page or a new offering is a quick, controlled change, not a project.
A brand that matches the product
A revamped brand and visual system, so the site reflects the quality of the placements iKahan sells.
Forms and routing without a vendor
Three form endpoints wired through Cloudflare Workers and Resend, so inbound inquiries route instantly with no third-party form SaaS in the loop.
An email engine on a tiered rolodex
The email audience organized into a Master Rolodex with clear tiering, then a steady eblast cadence to the right segments that keeps the audience warm.
Ownership handed over, end to end
The codebase, the hosting, the domain, and the email infrastructure all belong to iKahan. The inventory changes constantly, the site changes just as easily, and the team owns every piece of it.
The Results
The site is live at ikahanmedia.com, owned end to end, and it keeps getting sharper as the work continues. Updates that used to take a workflow now ship quickly, the brand presents at the level of the product, and the audience has grown across every channel.
Why It Works
The iKahan playbook applies to any company whose product changes faster than a template site can:
- Own the foundation. When the codebase, hosting, domain, and email belong to the company, every improvement compounds instead of renting.
- Make updates cheap. A product that shifts week to week needs a site where a change is a quick, controlled edit, not a project.
- Cut the middlemen. Forms routed through Cloudflare Workers and Resend land instantly, with no third-party form SaaS in the loop.
- Put the rolodex to work. A tiered list and a steady cadence to the right segments turns years of relationships into a working channel.
- Let the brand carry the price point. Premium placements deserve a site that presents at the same level.
Conclusion
iKahan now runs on a foundation it owns. A custom site that keeps up with shifting inventory, a brand that matches the work, and an email engine pulling its weight. It is a clean example of Mission Control in practice. Build the foundation once, operate it easily, and let it improve every time the tools do.
